หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
•Manage projects to meet timeline, budget, and quality targets
•Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
•Identify risks and resolve project issues effectively
•Support business development, client management, and sales activities
•Monitor team performance (workload, productivity, and project progress)
•Oversee both operations and administrative functions
•Drive project delivery and contribute to company revenue growth

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Sales, Commercial, Project Management, or a related field.
3. Experience in project-based businesses, engineering services, technology, infrastructure, or related industries.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
5. Experience managing team performance and driving continuous improvement.
6. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
9. Good command of English is an advantage.
10. Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
