หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
Keep our IT infrastructure and services reliable, secure, and available 24x7 by monitoring systems, responding to alerts and incidents, and supporting internal users.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and alarms across servers, networks, applications, and cloud resources for 24x7 availability.
Define alert thresholds, severity levels, and notification channels (Email, LINE, Slack, SMS, phone); tune alerts to reduce false alarms.
Build dashboards and report on uptime against SLA targets.
Monitor, maintain, patch, and update servers, networks, and systems, following Change Management procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues within SLA; log tickets, escalate by severity, and write RCA reports for major incidents.
Provide technical support to internal users and collaborate with other teams on IT needs.
Apply data security measures (least-privilege access); manage backups, monitor backup jobs, and test restores periodically.
Document processes, configurations, and runbooks.
Join an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. 0-3 years of experience in IT Support, System Admin, or IT Operations; fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Able to read English technical documentation.
