Main Duties and Responsibilities
Job Summary
This role is responsible for the daily content operation, publishing coordination, community management, and paid-media support of TECNO Thailand’s official social-media channels. The role takes full ownership of Facebook, Instagram, and LINE, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support overall social-media and marketing activities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social-media marketing, content creation, community management, paid media, or a related role.
  3. Native or near-native Thai writing ability, with strong Thai copywriting and editing skills.
  4. Good command of spoken and written English; English can be used as a working language.
  5. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant social-media platforms, including their content formats and user behaviors.
  6. Familiarity with digital advertising processes, advertising assets, and campaign-performance reporting.
  7. Experience in community management, including comment-section and direct-message handling, is preferred.
  8. Strong awareness of Thai local social trends, consumer culture, and digital-content preferences.
  9. Able to listen to and organize user feedback, then turn it into clear observations and practical recommendations.
  10. Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  11. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
