หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
Conduct product knowledge training for both new and existing Promoters (PCs).
• Deliver product features, technologies, and Key Selling Points to ensure PCs can confidently and accurately present products to customers.
• Develop sales competencies, including product presentation, customer needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor post-training performance, and provide coaching to continuously improve sales capabilities.
• Support new product launches by organizing workshops and on-the-job training to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the sales team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Proficient in Thai and English as working languages; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in training or team management; fresh graduates with a strong passion for training are welcome
3. Experience in the 3C industry (computers, communications, consumer electronics) is preferred.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
