หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
1. Manage maintenance teams, suppliers, contractors, and outsourced service providers, including SLA, KPI, and service performance

2. Control maintenance budgets, repair costs, spare parts, and identify cost-saving opportunities

3. Monitor Maintenance KPIs, breakdown trends, downtime, and equipment performance, and implement corrective actions

4. Conduct branch inspections and ensure maintenance, safety, and equipment standards are consistently maintained

5. Lead maintenance improvement and cost-saving projects to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

6. Support New Store Opening, Renovation, and Equipment Replacement Projects

7. Develop and improve maintenance standards, SOPs, PM programs, and maintenance processes

8. Analyze maintenance issues and develop Action / Improvement Plans

9. Prepare and present maintenance performance, cost, KPI, and project reports to management

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of Maintenance / Engineering experience, preferably in QSR, Restaurant, F&B, Hotel, or multi-branch operations
3. Strong experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, and Gas Systems
4. Experience in Vendor Management, SLA, Budget Control, and Contractor Management
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
6. Willing to travel between branches and support urgent maintenance issues when required
