Key Responsibilities**

1) Talent Acquisition (60–70%) – Own the Game**

* Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites (operations, technical, and management roles)
* Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs (not just job descriptions)
* Proactively source and attract high-potential candidates (not waiting for applicants)
* Design creative sourcing strategies to win in competitive talent markets
* Ensure fast, high-quality hiring with strong candidate experience
* Track and improve recruitment performance (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)

You are not a recruiter. You are a **talent strategist**.

2) HR Business Partnering (30–40%) – Be the Driver**

* Act as a trusted partner to line managers across sites
* Support workforce planning, organization design, and manpower optimization
* Identify people issues and proactively propose solutions
* Drive onboarding, probation follow-up, and employee engagement initiatives
* Support performance management and people development

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. 3–5 years experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment
  2. Experience in industrial / operations environment is a plus
  3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  4. Ability to work across multiple locations and priorities
  5. Data-driven mindset (able to track and improve HR metrics)
