หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
-Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for components of construction projects

-Negotiate and manage procurement contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

-Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with the approved budget

-Provide valuable input during the tendering and procurement stages

-Analyse and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documents

-Prepare progress reports and financial statements for project stakeholders

-Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with construction projects

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and engineers

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on mechanical construction projects or preferably with experience in Data Center or large-scale building projects.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering , or a related field.
