หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
- Coordinate and collaborate with design engineers, site engineers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate model integration.
- Generate coordinated drawings such as shop drawings, sleeve & hanger layouts, section drawings, and as-built models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using tools like Navisworks Manage or BIM 360.
- Assist in BIM execution planning, model audits, and adherence to company BIM standards.
- Support construction teams by providing accurate and up-to-date model data for installation and fabrication.
- Update models based on site conditions, redlines, and field modifications.
- Prepare visualizations and model presentations for internal reviews and client coordination meetings.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations and other relevant requirements, including the requirements of all applicable ISO management systems.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling for MEP systems.
3. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM 360, Dynamo, or other scripting tools is a plus.
4. Familiar with construction sequencing, spatial coordination, and project documentation.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
6. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate in a multidisciplinary team.
