Overview:
Are you passionate in payroll and eager to learn HR payroll processes? As an HR Payroll Consultant at Gofive, you’ll not only manage payroll operations for our clients using the empeo system, but also provide critical insights and support on the HR side of payroll management. This role oversees payroll and HR processes, ensuring clients can fully leverage the empeo system for their payroll needs.

- Manage payroll for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing using the empeo system.
- Assist clients in verifying employee attendance records through empeo.
- Calculate and process employee payroll in accordance with client specifications and the empeo system’s guidelines.
Provide support and consultation to clients on payroll-related topics, offering real-time solutions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Guide clients through various payroll processes in empeo, including payroll calculation, time and overtime tracking, salary disbursement, tax reporting (PND1, PND1K), provident fund submissions, social security contributions (SPS 1-10), and generating e-Slips and withholding tax certificates (50 Tawi).

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide clients through payroll challenges.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  4. Possess aata analysis and management skills
  5. A collaborative team player who can work effectively under deadlines.
  6. Experience in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) will be an advantage.
  7. Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
  8. HR professionals with an interest in consulting and system usage, particularly with empeo, will be highly considered.
