หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including dining area, kitchen, and service areas
- Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and minimize wastage
- Schedule and organize work shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels and excellent customer service
- Respond to customers and other 3rd parties inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend strategies.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation in accordance with the company's standards
- Set up and review SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for each subsidiary to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative
- Monitor labor by analyzing store reports, labor costs and labor productivity
- Foster a customer-centric culture among the staff, prioritizing excellent service and guest satisfaction

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
2. At least 5 years relevant experiences in restaurant management.
3. Experiences in restaurant business will be advantage.
4. Proven experience as an operations manager or restaurant general manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant or multiple-branch setting.
5. Extensive food and beverage knowledge including food safety and health regulations
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities handle multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
