หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:

Working hours: 6 days/week (All positions)
Working hours: 3 Shifts (Having shift allowance) only Team leader and Supervisor Level
Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9)

Each levels have been required diffident experiences:
- Team Leader: Min. 3 years
- Supervisor: Min. 5 years
- Assistant Manager: Mim. 7 years

Job Descriptions:
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Ensure that the shift work have no issue from Operation / all booking will be fulfilled and all client question about Operation will be answered.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance and evaluations.
- Resolve complex customer issues, escalations, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate and prioritize team activities to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.
- Allocate resources effectively, balance workloads, and ensure efficient workflow management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
- Monitor and assess the team’s performance in delivering logistics services, including order processing, transportation coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, including KPIs, operational metrics, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, areas for improvement, support manager to make decision and modify SOP when needed.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree and Above
2. Min. 3 - 7 years experiences in a leadership role in the logistics, import & export, freight forwarder, supply chain or related fields.
3. Preferably in a service-oriented or Worked in third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
4. Have knowledge in import / export process is MUST.
5. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
6. Fair - Good verbal and written English communication skill is MUST.
7. Strong in computer skills in Excel if Google sheet is plus.
8. Flexibility to work as multiple shifts.
9. Able to do coaching and strong in leadership skill.
10. Well organized and strong in working under pressure.
11. Strong organizational and time management skill with the ability to motivate and develop team members
12. Service-mind, hard working, strong interpersonal and negotiation skill.
13. Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas.
