AR Accounting (Contract)

หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers through financial analysis, credit checks, and reference verifications.
- Establish and assign appropriate credit limits and payment terms in compliance with company policy.
-Periodically review customer credit accounts and adjust limits based on repayment history and risk assessment.
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable (AR) aging ledger to ensure timely payments.
- Proactively follow up on overdue invoices via telephone, email, and formal collection letters.
- Allocate received payments accurately to respective invoices in the accounting system.
- Issue credit notes or adjustments where necessary with proper authorization.
- Prepare regular AR aging reports, cash forecasting, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) metrics for management review.
- Identify high-risk, doubtful, or delinquent accounts and recommend legal action or write-offs when necessary.
- Calculate and maintain provisions for doubtful debts in compliance with accounting standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in credit control, debt collection, or accounts receivable management.
  3. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Cloud Accounting platforms.
  4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
  5. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
