หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
1. Affiliate Marketing Management
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, mainly on TikTok Shop and other relevant affiliate platforms.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, KOLs, and influencers.
- Coordinate with affiliates to drive product promotion, sales, and brand awareness.
2. TikTok & Meta Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Analyze campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and sales revenue.
- Work with affiliates and content creators to identify high-performing content and scale successful campaigns.
3. Campaign & Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign budgets, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve affiliate conversion and advertising efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the E-commerce, Sales, and Content teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Coordinate product promotions, campaign calendars, affiliate commissions, and special offers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of affiliate recruitment, creator management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
