หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to increase brand awareness, sales, and overall brand performance.
- Manage and develop assigned brands across E-commerce platforms, ensuring consistent brand positioning and communication.
- Plan and execute E-commerce campaigns, promotions, and activities in collaboration with internal teams and platform partners.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and E-commerce market conditions to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the E-commerce, Sales, Content, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of brand and promotional activities.
- Manage product portfolio, including new product launches, product positioning, pricing, promotions, and product performance.
- Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, agencies, influencers, and E-commerce platforms when required.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance, sales results, campaign effectiveness, and market insights for management.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the brand, improve product performance, and drive business growth.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or E-commerce.
  3. Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or E-commerce business is highly preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, digital marketing, promotions, and consumer behavior.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and campaign data.
  6. Good project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  7. Proactive, creative, and results-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
  8. Good command of English (Chinese is an advantage.)
