หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and allocate manpower.
- Monitor order fulfillment, SLA, productivity, inventory accuracy, and outbound performance.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, 5S, and warehouse procedures.
- Train and coach warehouse operators and support peak campaign operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
3. Experience in team supervision and WMS.
4. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work under pressure
