หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (annual / quarterly) aligned with business goals
- Define brand positioning and go-to-market plans for new products
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights

2. Campaign & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Drive lead generation and conversion through performance marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (ROI, CPL, Conversion Rate)

3. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage the marketing team (Content, Graphic, Digital)
- Set KPIs, provide coaching, and evaluate team performance
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and external partners/agencies

4. Branding & Communication
- Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels
- Define content strategy and messaging aligned with a premium medical/aesthetic brand
- Manage KOLs, influencers, and PR activities

5. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights
- Prepare performance reports and present to management
- Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven decisions

6. Budget Management
- Plan and control marketing budget allocation
- Ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in Marketing (preferably in Beauty, Aesthetic, Medical, or Healthcare industry)
3. Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Lead Generation
4. Experience in aesthetic clinics, medical devices, or skincare brands
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
6. Leadership & Management Skills
7. Communication & Stakeholder Management
