หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
Role responsible for directing, optimizing, and driving the daily operations of high-capacity warehouse facilities handling bulk materials, containerized freight, and bagged minerals.
This position requires a dynamic professional with an engineering mindset to streamline workflows, maximize floor/yard efficiency, and serve as an ERP Super User to leverage technology for real-time inventory precision.
The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse supervisory experience to effectively lead teams, enforce strict industrial safety standards, and maintain an agile, fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Bulk & Bagged Cargo Operations ManagementOversee the end-to-end operational receipt, handling, and storage of bulk commodities and minerals packed in bulk bags (FIBCs/Jumbo bags) and smaller sacks.Apply engineering principles to optimize warehouse layouts, stack management, proper stacking heights, stability, and segregation of different mineral grades to prevent cross-contamination.Control and minimize product loss, spillage, and moisture damage during handling, storage, and transfer processes.
Coordinate the regular maintenance, safety inspections, and utilization tracking of bulk handling equipment, including heavy forklifts, conveyor systems, and bagging lines.

2. Containerized Logistics & Yard OperationsManage container yard operations, including efficient container positioning, stuffing, unstuffing, and cross-docking workflows.
Oversee proper cargo lashing, blocking, and bracing inside containers to ensure full compliance with international maritime shipping standards (e.g., CTU Code).
Optimize container turnaround times to eliminate demurrage and detention charges at ports or rail terminals.
Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs brokers for timely container booking, tracking, and dispatch.

3. ERP & WMS Super User Responsibilities Act as the primary ERP/WMS Super User for the warehouse department, overseeing data integrity, troubleshooting system issues, and guiding the team on best practices.Maintain 100% accuracy of inventory levels for bulk and bagged goods through regular cycle counts, floor audits, and real-time system updates.Leverage ERP logistics modules to track batch numbers, lots, weight bridge certificates, and storage locations in real-time.Design and implement process improvements using system data to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

4. Agile Team Leadership & Safety ComplianceBring a proactive, energetic approach to leading, mentoring, and managing a team of warehouse supervisors, equipment operators, and logistics coordinators.Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving daily operational KPIs and tight turnaround timelines.Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, with a heavy emphasis on dust control, ventilation, and correct PPE usage for mineral handling

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, Mechanical), Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
2. Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in industrial warehousing, dry bulk logistics, or port-side container operations, including strong, direct warehouse supervisor experience managing floor teams
3. Technical Expertise:Advanced proficiency in tier-1 ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
4. Comprehensive understanding of shipping documentation, weight bridge operations, and customs procedures for bulk cargo.
5. Key Attributes & Soft Skills:Highly energetic, dynamic, and proactive working style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong analytical and engineering problem-solving mindset.Proven leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and team-motivation skills.
