หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน:
The EC Leader / EC Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across key ecommerce
marketplaces (such as Shopee and Lazada) and online brand stores. This position
encompasses product listing, store decor, inventory control, order coordination with external partners,
ERP return processing, live customer chat support, and sales performance reporting to ensure seamless
operational execution and maximize digital revenue growth.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, ECommerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce platform management and online store operations.
- Proficient in EC operations, product listing, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing.
- Hands-on experience operating ERP systems and e-commerce backend management tools.
- Hands-on mindset, proactive work ethic, strong attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Professional communication level in English is required. Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
